The rigid silencer consists of mineral glass wool carefully arranged between 2 walls in galvanized steel. The exterior walls in spiral galvanized steel tube (like that of SPIRO steel tubes) ensures perfect sealing of the ventilation network. Its neat appearance allows the silencer to perfectly integrate into exposed areas of the general public. The interior walls are made from a perforated galvanized steel tube to allow mineral wool to absorb air whistles (decibels). In order to avoid any penetration of mineral glass wool in the duct, a waterproof polyester fabric is interspersed between the perforated steel tube and mineral wool
